湖南山立水电设备制造有限公司成立于2004年11月，其前身为始建于1958年的湖南新宁水电设备制造厂。位于湘西南，地处风景秀丽的世界自然遗产--崀山风景名胜区内。公司厂区占地面积13万平方米，是原中国国家机械部定点生产中小型水轮发电机组的老牌专业厂、国际小水电生产基地、“中国发电设备行业协会”成员单位。曾因产品的高性价比于1981年被国家机械工业部选送至德国汉诺威国际博览会参展并深受好评。公司技术力量雄厚，设计理念先进，能独立设计，制造，安装单机容量在50MW及以下的混流式、冲击式、斜击式、轴流式、贯流式等各类水轮机及与其配套的水轮发电机和辅机设备。公司与天津电气传动设计研究所、中国水科院及华中科技大学保持密切的技术合作关系，从而提高了产品研发技术水平。产品因技术先进、性能稳定、质量可靠而畅销全国各地，并远销哈萨克斯坦、格鲁吉亚、阿塞拜疆、俄罗斯、印度、尼泊尔、印度尼西亚、巴基斯坦、缅甸、越南、泰国、斯里兰卡、秘鲁、智利、厄瓜多尔等众多国家。
公司顺利通过ISO9001:2008质量管理体系认证并成功实施6S先进的现场管理方法。公司拥有完整的加工和检测设备。金属切削设备有：数控8m立车、数控5m立车、1.6m-2.5m立式车床、C61125x8000mm、C61125x5000mm卧式车床；电工专用设备有：250吨冲床、200吨油压机、涨形机、硅钢片涂漆烘烤机、无氧退火炉等；并配备有：电机测试中心、大型卷板机、大型退火炉、自动焊机、时效振动仪、起重设备有5t-75t 行车等。

Brief introduction
of Hunan Sunny hydropower Equipment Corporation
Hunan Sunny hydropower Equipment Corporation (SHPE) was launched in November, 2004. Its former factory
was Hunan Xinning Hydropower equipment factory established in 1958 which has more than four decades of
professional experience in manufacturing hydropower equipment and was one of the leading manufacturers
for supplying hydropower equipment internationally, which was authorized by Ministry of Machine-Building Industry of China. Its turbine and generator had been selected by China Government to participate in
HANNOVER MESSE in 1981 for its highly cost effective. It locates in southwest of Hunan province where the
beautiful world natural heritage of Langshan is nearby. The factory covers one hundred and thirty thousand
square meter area. SHPE has abundant technical strength and advanced design idea. SHPE can independently
design, manufacture, install turbine-generating set and their auxiliary equipments with unit capacity equivalent to or less than 50MW such as Francis
turbine, Pelton turbine, Inclined turbine, Kaplan/Propeller turbine, Tubular turbine etc. SHPE has continuous
tight cooperation with China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research (IWHR), Tianjin Electric
Transmission Design Institute (TRIED) and Huazhong University of Science & Technology (HUST) to improve
the technology design and research of hydropower equipments. Its products are well sold not only in China
but also many countries all over the world, such as Kazakstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Russia, India, Nepal,
Indonesia, Pakistan, Burma, Vietnam, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Peru, Chile, Ecuador etc. The products are proved by
operation reference of many station that their technology is advanced, their performance is stable and their
quality is reliable.
SHPE has obtained quality management system certificate of ISO9001:2008 and carried out 6S site
management system. SHPE has completed machining and testing equipments, such as digital control 8m
vertical lathe, digital control 5m vertical lathe, 1.6m-2.5m vertical lathe, C61125x8000mm/C6115x5000mm horizontal lathe, T6216/T6110/T618 boring machine,
dragon gate numerical boring and milling lathe HTM2028x40, digital control vertical machining center RFMV105,
micro-processor linear cutting machine, 250 tons punching machine, 200 tons oil pressing machine, expansion
machine, drying machine for silicon sheet painting, Anaerobic annealing furnace etc.
In addition to those facilities. SHPE has a group of senior engineers and MBA management staff,
which is the base for the enterprise development with international review. Holding the company
